TAHINI "PEANUT" SAUCE

This peanut sauce actually has no peanuts! I know right? I wanted to make a pad Thai that was more creamy than usual so I came up with this recipe and LOVE it! Hope you enjoy it as well :)

Ingredients

1/3 cup tahini

2 tbsp coconut aminos

1/2 juice of a small lime

1/2 tsp sriracha (If you don’t like to much spice, you can skip this part)

1/2 tsp red chili flakes

3 tbsp hot water

Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy! I usually use this up on one big meal but you can store this in the fridge for up to a week.
