HOMEMADE TZATZIKI SAUCE
I LOVE this sauce because you can use it on so many things!! My favorite things to use it in are salads, salmon, lamb and rice bowls. Enjoy!!
INGREDIENTS
1 cucumber (optional to peel the skin)
1 cup greek yogurt (can sub plain vegan yogurt)
1/2 juice of a lemon
2 tbsp dried or fresh dill
1/2 lemon zest
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
salt and pep tp taste (about a 1/2 tsp)
Instructions
Remove the seeds form the cucumber (cut in half length wise and use a spoon to get the seeds out). Chop or shred the and squeeze the water out with a towel. Mix in all the remaining ingredients with the cucumber! Store in fridge if you have leftovers.
