20 MINUTE CREAMY PESTO PASTA
This pasta is delicious and great for a quick meal during the week or even for a big party!!! Hope you enjoy!
For the tomatoes:
Set the oven to 375
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half long ways
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle some oregano, salt and pepper on top
Lay some foil over a pan, and bake in even for around 13 minutes.
For the pesto:
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup Miyokos Vegan Double Cream Chive Cheese (you can use any type of cheese)
Juice of 1 lemon
Blend and serve over pasta (I like tinkyada brown rice pasta)!!!!
