NO BAKE CHOCOLATE CHIP BALLS
7 ingredient No Bake Chocolate Chip Oat Balls! Andrew and I are obsessed with these! Started off by making a couple. Then everyday after that we kept wanting more ๐ So hereโs the recipe for 10 balls, but I recommend doubling this recipe because we already ate our 10 in one day.. .
-1 cup oats.
-2 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup.
-1/3 cup almond butter (can sub any nut butter but I like almond the best for these).
-1 tsp vanilla extract.
-1/2 tsp cinammon.
-Handful of chocolate chips or chunks (I used crispy quinoa chocolate by hukitchen and chopped it up.... so freakin good in these balls).

Mix the ingredients above and form into balls (if it seems to dry, add a little more almond butter). Slightly smash some sea salt on top of each ball and store in the fridge! I like to put them in the freezer for 30 minutes before I eat them but you can totally just eat straight from fridge ๐)
