BANANA BREAD

BANANA BREAD

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Muffins ✨
I can never resist my sisters banana bread when she makes it so I decided to steal her recipe 😜 You can make these as muffins or a whole loaf. These are bomb heated up and served with butter in the morning for breakfast or for a dessert!!! Here is the recipe below👇🏼

Ingredients:
▫️1 1/2 cups all purpose flour (I used bobsredmill).
▫️2 1/2 tsp baking powder (I used aluminum free powder from naturalgrocers).
▫️1/4 tsp ground cinammon.
▫️1/8 tsp salt.
▫️1 pasture raised egg (I used vitalfarms).
▫️3 mashed bananas (or 1 cup).
▫️3/4 cup coconut sugar (can also use any sugar you have on hand).
▫️1/4 cup melted coconut oil.
▫️Your desired amount of choc chips (I used mini chips by enjoylifefoods)

In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, sugar, egg, and coconut oil. Pour your wet ingredients (egg mixture) into the dry ingredient bowl and mix until all is blended. (You can totally just mix it all in one bowl if you have a kitchen aid).

Stir in your chocolate chips or just add to the top after you pour your mixture into the pan... or do both!! Grease your pan before adding the mixture.
Bake in oven at 350 for 50-55 minutes for a loaf. For muffins 15-20 minutes (should make around 12 muffins, fill about 2/3 full). .
You’ll know it’s done when a wooden tooth pick inserted near the center comes out clean :)
