5 MINUTE INTANT POT CREAMY TOMATO PASTA
Okay so with a baby coming, I know I’m gonna want easy and quick meals to make so I started practicing early! And this one crushed it!!!! This serves 2-3 people…. Andrew and I can eat a whole box of pasta so this was enough for just us!
Ingredients
12 oz of penne noodles
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 1/4 cup red sauce (I like Raos)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1\2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Add all ingredients into the instant pot. Make sure your noodles are covered as much as possible with the liquid. Make sure your instant pot lid is set to “seal” and not vent. Set the manual pressure button to 5 minutes on high. Let it do it’s thing! Once it beeps that it’s done, turn the seal switch to “vent” so that it releases the steam. Open lid once it stops venting, stir and serve! Optional to top with salt and basil.
