TORTILLA PIZZA

I used to make this all the time and I completely forgot about it!!! This is SO simple and SO delicious.. I cannot wait for you to become as obsessed as I am :) I am going to post the recipe for this exact pizza but you can totally do any toppings you want!

Ingredients

1 tortilla

Shredded mozeralla (I actually shredded a string cheese because that’s all I had haha)

BBQ sauce

Cauliflower rice (or chicken)

Red onion

Minced garlic

Ranch (see my sauce recipes for a homemade vegan ranch recipe)

Cilantro

Directions

Set the oven to 400. While your waiting for the oven to heat up, spread about 2 tbsp of BBQ sauce on your tortilla. Sprinkle shredded cheese, red onion, minced garlic and cauliflower rice over the tortilla. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Top with cilantro, a drizzle of ranch and a little extra drizzle of BBQ sauce.
