MINT CHIP ICE CREAM SMOOTHIE

When my besty and I were in high school, we used to come home from school and pig out on nachos and mint chip ice cream and not gain a pound... those were the days We used to add a little milk to the bowl of ice cream and it made it kinda slushyish... SO GOOD! 

This tastes exactly like that to me and I can’t stop eating it and craving it! I don’t normally crave ice cream for lunch, but this was exactly what I was craving and now I want another!

How to make this mint chip ice cream smoothie

1 cup almond milk (or water).

1 1/2 cups ice (this makes it ice creamish, so add more if it’s not slushy enough)

1/2 frozen banana.

1/3 cup Greek yogurt.

1 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup (add more if you like it extra sweet)

About 6 mint leaves- taste it to see if you need more (can also do extract, start with a cap full or 1/2 tsp and go from there).

Cap full of vanilla extract.

Handful of spinach.

-Blend all ingredients and then add about a tbsp of cacao nibs and blend for a few more seconds, enjoy!!!!
